DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support the core DevOps engineering team, the full-time DevOps Engineer will build, test, and maintain infrastructure and tools for software development and release, working remotely while residing in either Florida or Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system software and cloud infrastructure
- Maintain existing CI/CD pipelines to streamline release and development processes
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis and providing escalation support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience
- Solid understanding of typical SDLC and Agile development methodologies
- 1-3 years of IT project experience with database and infrastructure work (MS SQL and PostgreSQL)
- Experience with automation scripts (Python, Bash) for operational tasks
- Familiarity with system security standards and vulnerability remediation tools (Tenable Nessus, Wiz)
