DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Building and maintaining deploy and release pipelines, the full-time DevOps Engineer will automate software delivery processes and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance CI/CD practices in a dynamic, remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain deploy and release pipelines, focusing on automation to minimize manual intervention
- Advance CI/CD processes by authoring reusable GitLab CI templates and modernizing build tools across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and enhance developer enablement through documentation and mentoring
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with GitOps and infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like ArgoCD or Ansible
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
