DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support sophisticated software implementation projects, the long-term contract DevOps Engineer will design, develop, implement, and maintain business applications while working remotely from Herndon, Virginia.
Key responsibilities
- Fine-tune and improve software implementation projects based on client needs
- Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and perform post-implementation validation of software
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10 years of relevant experience in software design and development
- Knowledge of Ariba Procurement is essential
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Experience with in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing of both new and legacy systems
