Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote DevOps Engineer will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, administer server environments, and lead configuration management efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab, and Jenkins
- Administer Linux/Windows servers and manage OpenShift projects in non-production environments
- Design platform standards and mentor team members on hardening and vulnerability remediation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in systems administration or DevOps for a Mid/Level II/Journeyman position
- 5+ years of experience, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code for a Mid/Level II/Journeyman position
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading DevOps on federal systems for a Senior/Level III position
- Experience with Linux/Windows administration and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins
- Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator or Engineer
