DevOps Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of DevOps Engineers, the full-time salaried DevOps Manager, Platform will manage the development and continuous improvement of the developer platform and delivery automation, ensuring efficient CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performance team of DevOps Engineers, setting clear goals and conducting regular performance reviews
- Own the end-to-end service delivery path, ensuring automation and efficiency in new-service onboarding and deployment processes
- Drive the adoption of AI tools within DevOps operations, integrating them into workflows to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6+ years of DevOps, platform, or cloud infrastructure engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management role
- Deep hands-on proficiency with AWS services for application delivery and experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling, particularly Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions, including reusable template design
- Demonstrated experience driving AI tool adoption within a DevOps or platform engineering team
