DevOps Manager
Job Summary
Combining hands-on CI/CD modernization with leadership in release and delivery, the full-time remote DevOps Manager will strengthen quality controls, coordinate software releases, and assist development teams in organizing and completing delivery work for a federal program.
Key responsibilities
- Modernize legacy CI/CD pipelines and Git-based delivery workflows within the Jenkins environment
- Strengthen pipeline quality checks and manage release documentation and change control processes
- Coordinate release activities and troubleshoot deployment issues in collaboration with development teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, master's degree with 4+ years, or associate degree with 8+ years
- Hands-on experience in building, maintaining, or modernizing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience coordinating software releases and organizing delivery work across development teams
- Proficiency in pipeline quality checks, technical troubleshooting, and release documentation
- Eligibility to complete a background investigation for a Public Trust position
