DevOps Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of DevOps engineers, the full-time remote DevOps Manager will oversee performance management, drive technical decisions for CI/CD and infrastructure automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while remaining hands-on in engineering tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the DevOps team, focusing on performance management and career development
- Own the DevOps team roadmap and drive technical decisions for CI/CD and platform tooling
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams on cross-functional initiatives and incident response
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering experience, including 2 years in a lead capacity
- Deep experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and operating Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and scripting proficiency in Python or Bash
- Working knowledge of HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management platforms
- BS in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
