DevOps Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on DevOps Manager for a full-time remote position who will manage and develop a team, establish operational processes, and oversee the reliability and security of cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own the DevOps roadmap and delivery commitments across all environments, serving as the single point of accountability for direction and priorities
- Manage, coach, and develop the DevOps team, including hiring and onboarding new team members
- Establish and enforce core operational processes such as change management, release management, and incident response
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience in building and implementing processes for change and release management, incident response, and documentation
- Strong hands-on proficiency with CI/CD platforms, Infrastructure as Code, and containerization technologies
- Deep experience with Google Cloud Platform; AWS and Azure experience is a plus
- Experience defining and implementing observability strategies across multiple environments
