DevOps Network Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a passionate DevOps Network Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for managing and evolving the infrastructure of the Lumos VPN product, ensuring operational reliability, security, and automation within a globally distributed network.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and stabilize the Lumos VPN infrastructure, identifying risks and implementing improvements for reliability and efficiency
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools to support production environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver user-facing services while ensuring security and compliance standards are met
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or network engineering with hands-on expertise in AWS and additional cloud providers
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible, along with experience in Docker and container orchestration
- Strong background in networking, including VPN technologies and Linux system administration
- Experience with observability tools and CI/CD practices, including automated testing and deployment safety
- Demonstrated use of AI tools for infrastructure development and operational automation
