DevOps Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the contract-based DevOps Team Lead will manage infrastructure, enhance CI/CD processes, and mentor team members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, optimizing workflows and conducting performance reviews
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Build and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure infrastructure reliability and security
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a DevOps role with a total of 7+ years in the field
- Deep expertise in AWS services including EC2, VPC, EKS, and RDS
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and experience with Docker
- Excellent Linux and Windows skills, with proficiency in scripting languages like Bash and Python
