DevSecOps Technical Lead
Job Summary
To coordinate secure delivery pipelines for Army Finance modernization based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), the remote DevSecOps Technical Lead will establish CI/CD practices, define engineering standards, and guide engineers in automation and security scanning.
Key responsibilities
- Establish coordinated CI/CD practices across D365 F&O/Power Platform and middleware delivery
- Define standards for source control, build artifacts, automated tests, and deployment evidence
- Guide engineers in automation, infrastructure as code, and secure handling of secrets
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in software delivery, systems engineering, or DevOps, including 3+ years implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Git, scripting, infrastructure as code, and automated testing
- Hands-on delivery depth in D365 F&O/Power Platform application lifecycle management or cloud middleware pipelines
- Experience coordinating platform specialists and aligning delivery practices across teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field
