Job Summary
Supporting the United States Transportation Command, the full-time remote DevSecOps / Cloud Operations Technician will manage AWS cloud environments, maintain DevSecOps platforms, and ensure the security and compliance of mission-critical applications.
Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain AWS cloud environments, including provisioning and administration of services such as EC2 and IAM
- Develop and maintain GitLab projects for software delivery, compliance automation, and security scanning
- Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities for cloud platforms and applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- DCWF 8140 IAT Level II certification or higher (Security+ CE or equivalent)
- Experience supporting AWS cloud environments and cloud-native services
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, container technologies, and modern application deployment practices
