Digital Account Strategist

Job Summary

Building strong client relationships, the full-time remote Digital Account Strategist will manage client communication, coordinate digital marketing execution, and ensure clients recognize the value of services provided.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client check-in calls and manage ongoing communication to keep clients informed and engaged
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including performance tracking and upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing services and positive client experiences

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a client-facing digital marketing role
• Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies including paid advertising, SEO, and social media
• Experience managing multiple client relationships or projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools
• Reliable remote work setup and availability to work primarily on an Eastern Time schedule
