Job Summary

Managing day-to-day social media activities for a portfolio of clients, the full-time contracted Digital Account Supervisor will develop strategic campaigns, analyze content performance, and maintain strong client relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily social media deliverables, including content calendars and paid campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and external agency partners
• Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights for future strategies

Required qualifications

• Experience in agency, PR, digital, social media, or marketing environments
• Prior experience in healthcare digital marketing is preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and paid campaign management tools
• Proven ability to create engaging social media content
• Experience mentoring junior employees in social media and digital specialties
