Digital Asset Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the integrity of a vast digital asset library, the contract Digital Asset Management Consultant will work remotely to establish content management strategies, implement version control processes, and automate retention workflows while ensuring compliance and usability across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Configure parent-child versioning rules in Tenovos to maintain asset integrity and history
• Establish a deduplication process to identify, review, and delete redundant files, enhancing operational efficiency
• Build an ongoing audit accountability checklist to ensure all final, approved files from the Communication Review Process are ingested into the DAM

Required qualifications

• Experience with Digital Asset Management systems, particularly Tenovos
• Strong understanding of content management strategies and governance
• Proven ability to implement automated workflows and version control processes
• Familiarity with compliance and legal considerations in digital asset management
• Experience in metadata alignment and system interoperability across platforms
