Digital Asset Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support digital asset management initiatives, the independent contractor Digital Asset Specialist Consultant will work remotely for up to 25 hours per week, focusing on governance and administration of the Canto platform, managing upload workflows, and ensuring quality assurance of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain organization and structure of the Canto library, ensuring consistent metadata and tagging conventions
• Build and manage upload links and portals, providing guidance on proper upload procedures
• Review incoming photo submissions for quality and compliance, approving or rejecting assets based on established criteria

Required qualifications

• Experience with digital asset management systems, particularly Canto
• Knowledge of metadata standards and tagging conventions
• Familiarity with compliance and privacy standards related to digital assets
• Proven ability to perform quality assurance and asset review processes
• Strong organizational skills with experience in managing digital content workflows
