Digital Asset Management Team Leader

Job Summary

Leading a team of Cybrarians, the full-time salaried Digital Asset Management Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the Digital Asset Management platform, ensuring effective workflows and asset governance while supporting cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Digital Asset Management platform, ensuring adherence to established processes and service expectations
• Lead, coach, and develop the Cybrarian team, providing direction and managing workload to ensure timely and high-quality asset management
• Act as the primary operational contact for DAM-related inquiries, facilitating collaboration with marketing and creative teams to support efficient content operations

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a team, including setting priorities and developing team capabilities
• 3+ years of experience managing or supporting a Digital Asset Management system, with a preference for Aprimo experience
• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and digital content governance
• Proven ability to manage execution and maintain consistency in DAM operations
• Effective collaboration skills with marketing, creative, and technology teams to resolve operational issues
