Digital Asset Management Team Leader

Job Summary

Leading a team of Cybrarians, the full-time Digital Asset Management Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the Digital Asset Management platform, ensuring efficient organization and governance of digital assets while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Digital Asset Management platform, ensuring compliance with established processes and service expectations
• Lead and develop a team of Cybrarians, providing direction, workload management, and training on DAM best practices
• Act as the primary contact for DAM-related inquiries, facilitating effective workflows and supporting brand consistency across teams

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, including setting priorities and developing capabilities
• 3+ years of experience managing or supporting a Digital Asset Management system, with a preference for Aprimo experience
• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and digital content governance
• Proven ability to manage execution and translate requirements into clear workflows
• Effective collaboration skills across marketing, creative, technology, and agency partners
