Transforming complex content ecosystems into streamlined libraries, the contract Digital Asset Manager will implement version control processes, address duplicate files, and manage asset archiving while working remotely for 40 hours per week over a 2-month period.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up a version control process in Tenovos to manage asset updates and metadata
- Implement a remediation process to eliminate over 14,000 duplicate files and establish an audit process
- Build and manage a manual archive plan for sunsetted assets, ensuring security and accessibility
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management within a large enterprise organization
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Tenovos software
