Job Summary

Organized and proactive, the part-time Freelance Associate Producer, Digital will manage web production and maintenance across multiple digital properties, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day web updates, content changes, and minor site enhancements across various digital properties
• Organize and track production assets and creative deliverables for seamless handoffs to design and technical teams
• Collaborate with internal producers and developers to align on schedules and maintain project momentum

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in digital agency, production, or web coordination
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in a tech-focused environment
• Experience with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Figma or Jira is a bonus
• Client-facing experience is a bonus
