Job Summary
Responsible for developing digital content through Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform, the full-time Digital Communications Automation Specialist will manage the cross-functional communication calendar and ensure effective deployment of all communications while working remotely with occasional in-office meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Develop engaging digital content for email, text, and other communications
- Project manage the communication calendar to ensure coordinated tactic deployments
- Analyze communication metrics and performance to provide actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform
- Proficiency in HTML and SQL; AMPscript knowledge preferred
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Familiarity with data validation and regulated communications
