Digital Content Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the development and maintenance of high-quality digital curriculum, the temporary, fully remote Digital Content Specialist will manage course data, ensure accurate metadata ingestion into a Digital Asset Management system, and troubleshoot digital issues throughout the curriculum lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Intake and structure instructional design input for digital course integration in LMS and learning tools
- Review and validate data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards
- Document issues and recommend process improvements to enhance data integrity and workflow efficiency
Required qualifications
- Experience in educational technology, curriculum development, or data management
- Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with CSV-based data handling
- Experience with content management systems, Digital Asset Management, or LMS
- Ability to investigate and resolve data-entry errors and discrepancies
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
