Job Summary
As a key member of the communications team, the remote Digital Content Specialist will manage website operations, produce and publish digital content, and apply SEO best practices to enhance ZERO TO THREE's online presence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage website builds, content updates, and ongoing site maintenance in coordination with the Editorial Manager
- Produce and publish digital content across web, email, and social media platforms to support organizational campaigns
- Coordinate with web development vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely site maintenance
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in website management, digital content, or communications with a focus on web operations
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS and a proven track record managing website builds and content updates
- Strong writing skills across various formats including web copy and newsletters
- Working knowledge of UX and SEO principles, with experience applying best practices to web content
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
