Job Summary
To support customer-facing digital experiences within the Claims organization, the contract Digital Content Writer will develop clear, engaging content for digital communication templates and website experiences while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and develop content for Claims digital experiences, including member-facing website content and digital communication templates
- Create clear, concise, customer-focused messaging that simplifies complex insurance and claims information
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align on content experience updates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional content writing, copywriting, UX writing, or related experience
- Demonstrated experience writing for customer- or member-facing digital experiences
- Strong project management and time-management skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adjust tone and messaging for different audiences and communication channels
