Digital Curriculum Manager

Job Summary

Leading the vision and execution of high-quality digital curriculum, the full-time Digital Curriculum Manager will design and develop ELAR content aligned with college readiness assessments while managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of ELAR digital curriculum aligned to college readiness assessments
• Shape and execute the ELAR-specific product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic initiatives
• Directly manage a team of curriculum contributors, providing coaching and supporting professional growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in ELAR curriculum development or instructional design with demonstrated impact on student outcomes
• 2+ years of ELAR instructional experience (grades 6-12) in a classroom or curriculum-facing role
• Deep knowledge of ELAR pedagogy, college and career readiness standards, and assessment design
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) or digital learning platform
