Digital Data Governance Director

Job Summary

Driving operational data governance, the full-time FLEX Director, Digital Data Product Governance Lead will establish standards and frameworks to ensure trusted and compliant digital data across marketing technology vendors while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and enforce enterprise eventing standards and consent-aligned data collection across digital properties
• Own data quality, lineage, and documentation, ensuring traceability from data collection through activation
• Build and operationalize governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and defensibility of data practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technology, business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in data governance, digital data management, or a closely related field
• Hands-on understanding of digital data collection and instrumentation, including tools like Adobe Analytics
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and data quality controls at enterprise scale
• Working knowledge of privacy and consent regulations, such as CPRA/CIPA and GDPR
