Digital Delivery Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of implementation specialists, the full-time Digital Delivery Implementation Manager will own the strategy and execution of a scaled implementation model for a healthcare technology platform, ensuring high-quality digital delivery and customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and refine the digital delivery model, managing implementation processes from intake through go-live
• Build scalable processes and program infrastructure, leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead and develop a blended onshore and offshore team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI to automate processes
• Proven ability to create and implement processes from the ground up in fast-changing environments
• Experience leading both onshore and offshore teams in high-volume delivery settings
• Hands-on experience with RCM and/or EMR implementations or migrations preferred
