Job Summary
Optimizing the end-user digital experience, the full-time Digital Experience Analyst will analyze telemetry and system performance, improve endpoint health, and collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely while occasionally traveling for meetings and training.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an escalation point for advanced workstation and digital experience issues, coordinating with vendors and teams to resolve complex problems
- Identify recurring issues from telemetry and support trends, coordinating root cause analysis and compliance remediation
- Develop and govern automation, remote actions, and telemetry dashboards to enhance device health and user experience metrics
Required qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in a computing or engineering field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT-related field
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and related technologies
- Hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms like Nexthink
- Experience integrating telemetry or automation platforms with ITSM systems using REST APIs
