Job Summary
To enhance the end-user digital experience, the fully remote Digital Experience Analyst will analyze telemetry and system performance, optimize endpoint health, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an escalation point for advanced digital experience issues, coordinating with vendors and teams to resolve complex problems
- Identify recurring issues from telemetry and support trends, coordinating root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Own and govern the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, managing configurations, capabilities, and integrations with ITSM systems
Required qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in a computing or engineering field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT-related field
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and related technologies
- Hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms like Nexthink
- Experience integrating telemetry or automation platforms with ITSM systems using REST APIs
