Job Summary
Optimizing the end-user digital experience, the full-time Digital Experience Analyst will analyze telemetry and system performance while collaborating with technology owners and support teams, primarily working remotely with occasional travel for team meetings and training.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an escalation point for advanced workstation and digital experience issues, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Identify recurring issues and systemic patterns from telemetry and support trends, coordinating root cause analysis and compliance remediation
- Own and govern the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, including configuration, capability enablement, and integration with ITSM systems
Required qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in a computing or engineering field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT-related field
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and related network technologies
- Hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms like Nexthink
- Experience with endpoint management tooling, including MECM/SCCM or Intune
