Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the Digital Experience Analyst will optimize the end-user digital experience by analyzing telemetry, endpoint health, and system performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance and resolve systemic issues.
Key responsibilities
- Serves as an escalation point for advanced workstation and digital experience issues, coordinating with vendors and teams for resolution
- Identifies recurring issues from telemetry and support trends, coordinating root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Owns and governs the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, including configuration, capability enablement, and platform issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in a computing or engineering field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT-related field
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network technologies
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms like Nexthink
- Proficiency in scripting with system-level APIs, preferably using PowerShell
