Job Summary
To enhance the end-user digital experience, the fully remote Digital Experience Analyst will analyze telemetry, endpoint health, and system performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve compliance and resolve systemic issues.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an escalation point for advanced digital experience issues, coordinating with vendors and teams to resolve complex problems
- Identify recurring issues from telemetry and support trends, coordinating root cause analysis and compliance remediation
- Own and govern the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, designing automation and dashboards to improve device health and user experience metrics
Required qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in a computing or engineering field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT-related field
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and endpoint management tools
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms like Nexthink and scripting skills using PowerShell
- Familiarity with integrating telemetry platforms with ITSM systems using REST APIs and JSON payloads
