Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the Digital Experience Analyst will optimize end-user digital experiences by analyzing telemetry, endpoint health, and system performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance and resolve systemic issues.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an escalation point for advanced workstation and digital experience issues, coordinating with vendors and teams for resolution
- Identify recurring issues from telemetry and support trends, coordinating root cause analysis and compliance remediation
- Own and govern the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, including configuration, capability enablement, and integrations with ITSM systems
Required qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in a computing or engineering field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT-related field
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and related technologies
- Hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms like Nexthink
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as MECM/SCCM or Intune
