Job Summary
Optimizing the end-user digital experience, the full-time Digital Experience Analyst will analyze telemetry and system performance remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance endpoint health and automate remediation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Serves as an escalation point for advanced digital experience issues, coordinating with vendors and teams to resolve complex problems
- Identifies recurring issues from telemetry and support trends, coordinating root cause analysis and compliance remediation
- Owns and governs the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, managing configurations, capabilities, and integrations with ITSM systems
Required qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in a computing or engineering field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT-related field
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network technologies
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms like Nexthink
- Proficiency in scripting using system-level APIs and WMI, preferably with PowerShell
