Digital Experience Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of high-value client accounts, the full-time remote Associate Director, Digital Experience will drive account performance, develop integrated digital strategies, and manage team development while supporting the growth of the Digital Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of complex client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue performance
• Develop and implement sophisticated digital strategies across various channels, including email and digital media
• Directly manage team members, providing coaching and support for professional development and high-quality work standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing with significant agency account management experience
• Proven success in leading complex, multi-channel digital programs and managing client portfolios
• Experience in managing and developing direct reports
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
