Job Summary

Managing client projects remotely, the full-time salaried Digital Forensics Engagement Manager will oversee case management workflows, develop project standards, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational workflows for digital forensics cases, including resource assignments and evidence handling
• Develop and manage project and client workflow standards to optimize costs and delivery speed
• Communicate project expectations and deadlines to both internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years in eDiscovery and digital forensics
• Bachelor's degree; a Master's or JD is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across various cases
• Understanding of digital forensics tools and workflows
