Digital Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing implementation team, the full-time Digital Implementation Specialist II will execute high-volume project setups and configurations for complex software systems, working remotely within the Pacific Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Execute complex, multi-layered software project setups based on unique production requirements
- Manage inbound setup requests and support tickets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across multiple projects
- Train and support new Implementation Specialists in project setups and maintain quality across the platform
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience with complex, configurable software platforms
- 1+ year of software implementation or project onboarding experience
- Strong understanding of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and configure complex software systems effectively
