Digital Insights Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Digital Insights Analyst will analyze digital behavior data and customer feedback to generate actionable insights that enhance the customer experience and support data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customer-centered decision-making
- Analyze digital behavior data and operational performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop executive-level presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively
Required qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data from multiple sources
- Experience with customer feedback, survey data, and customer experience metrics such as NPS and CSAT
- Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience creating executive-ready reports
- Ability to identify trends and business opportunities through data analysis
