Job Summary

Driving digital marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Associate Digital Marketing will coordinate campaigns, manage content creation, and automate lead capture processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate paid, email, and social campaigns, tracking results and reallocating budget based on performance
• Manage content and creative assets for various platforms, including newsletters and lead magnets
• Build landing pages and CRM workflows to capture and automate lead management effectively

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, either in-house or at an agency
• Proven experience coordinating across multiple functions to achieve shared marketing goals
• Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms, having automated at least one manual process
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using task management tools
• Daily use of AI tools in a professional context, applying human judgment to enhance outputs
