Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Mentor for a remote, freelance position on a 6-month fixed-term contract, who will guide and support graduates in building sustainable freelance careers, securing clients, and delivering quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group mentoring sessions, supporting graduates in applying digital marketing skills in real-world environments
• Assist graduates in developing competitive pricing strategies and effective service packaging while reviewing proposals for improvement
• Help graduates optimize their professional profiles on freelance platforms and develop compelling personal brands

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, with expertise in various disciplines such as SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• At least 2 years of proven freelancing experience delivering digital marketing services to clients
• Strong understanding of freelance business development, pricing strategies, and client relationship management
• Ability to dedicate 10-15 hours per week to mentoring and support activities
• Current residence in South Africa with knowledge of the local digital economy and remote work ecosystem
