Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and process-driven, the full-time Digital Marketing Specialist will execute digital communications, manage audience data, and publish content remotely, ensuring accuracy and timely deployment to support the organization's mission.

Key responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and deploy marketing emails, text messages, press releases, and social media ads
• Manage audience data by maintaining lists in HubSpot and ensuring accurate tagging and segmentation
• Publish content through Webflow and coordinate communications with external vendors

Required qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms
• Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines accurately
