Digital Operations Manager
Job Summary
Managing digital quality assurance initiatives, the full-time FLEX Manager, Digital Operations will oversee testing for digital assets across Native App, WEB, and API platforms while collaborating with product teams to ensure high-quality user experiences and compliance with accessibility standards.
Key responsibilities
- Designs and maintains scalable automation frameworks for testing across various digital platforms
- Creates and executes comprehensive test strategies and plans, documenting progress and reporting on results
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement QA best practices and ensure adherence to accessibility guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience/certification
- 5+ years of experience in Digital, IT operations, or Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in test automation for Native App and WEB applications, including experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and experience with related testing tools
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python, with expertise in REST and GraphQL API testing
