Digital Producer Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing digital production team, the contract Digital Producer Project Manager will lead day-to-day operations across web production, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives while working remotely from December through May 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of web production, including drafting content requirement documents and overseeing design and development phases
• Oversee email campaign production by drafting requirements, coordinating with copywriters, and leading handoffs with the email agency
• Track and report on editorial statuses for content marketing articles, ensuring timely completion and quality control

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital production or project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple digital workstreams and meet deadlines
• Experience with web production processes, including QA and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
• Proficiency in using design tools like Figma for project coordination
