Digital Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing AI implementation consultancy, the full-time Digital Product Designer will run discovery and design processes for client engagements and Ajaia's product suite, utilizing AI tools and collaborating remotely with clients and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify gaps between user expectations and actual workflows
• Design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes based on synthesized findings, ensuring clarity for engineers
• Test designs with real users prior to development, maintaining design standards across the product suite

Required qualifications

• Experience in conducting interviews, usability testing, and analyzing behavioral data
• Ability to rapidly move from synthesis to working prototypes
• Fluency in using AI tools for research, synthesis, and prototyping
• Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers throughout the build process
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
