Digital Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing AI implementation consultancy, the full-time remote Digital Product Designer will conduct user research, create design solutions, and ensure high design standards across client engagements and Ajaia's product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with clients, observing workflows and identifying gaps between user statements and actions
• Synthesize research findings into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that engineers can build from
• Test designs with real users prior to coding and maintain design consistency across the product suite

Required qualifications

• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and analyzing behavioral data
• Ability to quickly transition from synthesis to working prototypes
• Fluency in using AI tools for research, synthesis, and prototyping
• Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers during the build process
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
