Digital Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving the product roadmap for the end-to-end tissue acquisition journey, the full-time Digital Product Manager will partner with stakeholders to enhance product offerings, streamline processes, and reduce effort for tissue collection, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive product roadmap and evaluate outcomes to support commercial operations and enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define processes, identify operational changes, and maintain product roadmaps
- Provide detailed requirements and facilitate scrum ceremonies to define technical solutions with development teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, healthcare, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or biotech
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation focused on customer service and operational processes
- Experience working in an agile development environment and influencing remote engineering teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions
