Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive measurable customer and business outcomes, the fully remote Digital Product Manager will define product strategy, shape vision, and manage the lifecycle of technical products within the Billing and Payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical products in Billing and Payments
• Own product outcomes by establishing success measures and using data to inform prioritization and strategic tradeoffs
• Lead discovery and validation activities to ensure customer and business needs are met before scaling solutions

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience with technical products or platforms
• Strong experience in billing, payments, or financial platforms, preferably in a regulated environment
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and architecture teams on systems thinking and service design
• Demonstrated track record of defining strategy and using metrics for prioritization and decision-making
• Experience in leading discovery and experimentation to validate assumptions and improve product direction
