Job Summary
To support a growing product portfolio, the fully remote Digital Product Manager, Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant will define and execute product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and value delivery
- Manage and maintain the product backlog while authoring and prioritizing user stories
- Lead product discovery and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to support product launches and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years (Senior Consultant II) or 5+ years (Lead Consultant) of product management experience
- Insurance product domain expertise and knowledge of policy administration ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience delivering business outcomes through a product mindset
- Experience with Agile tools (VersionOne, Agility, or similar)
- Leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring junior Product Managers (for Lead Consultant level)
