Supporting the implementation and optimization of Aha! for Product Management teams, the contract Digital Product Manager will gather user requirements, evaluate workflows, configure solutions, and develop training materials while working remotely.

- Gather and assess user requirements from Product Management teams and stakeholders
- Evaluate current workflows to identify user and business needs, gaps, and pain points
- Design and implement standardized product management processes within Aha!
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Business Analysis
- Success in assessing stakeholder needs and implementing solutions
- Experience with enterprise product or work management platforms
- Strong requirements-gathering and process-design skills
- Effective stakeholder management and organizational change skills
