Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Digital Product Manager will implement and optimize Aha! for Product Management teams, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance workflows and user adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and assess user requirements while designing standardized product management processes in Aha
- Connect technology, process, and user needs to continuously improve planning and communication for Product Management teams
- Support testing, rollout, documentation, training, and drive user adoption of the Aha! platform
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Business Analysis with a strong understanding of digital product management practices
- Proven success in assessing user needs, identifying gaps, and implementing effective solutions
- Experience as a power user or administrator of product management or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and process design to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Experience leading organizational change and user adoption for new processes and tools
